Della bowman

Communications and Development Intern

Della Bowman is a junior at Maggie Walker Governor’s School and loves to find ways to help others. She has worked alongside From the Heart Stitchers to donate crocheted items to those in need or who are hospitalized in the Richmond area, and considers crocheting to be a favorite hobby. In school, Della is a member of Operation Smile and Period Club, and as a freshman advisory mentor. Outside of school, Della dances at Central Virginia Dance Academy where she has had the pleasure of performing in productions such as The Nutcracker and Cinderella. She also loves practicing photography, learning new signs in ASL, and spending time with her loved ones. Della is excited to work with Sisters Project Peru and cannot wait to see what the future holds!
