Spring 2025 Art Auction
On April 19th, 2025, UVA’s chapter of Sister’s Project Peru hosted its fourth annual silent art auction at the McIntire Art Gallery. The event featured student-generated art, handcrafted jewelry, a keynote speaker, and traditional Latin and South American foods.

August 2024 Trip Recap

Spring 2024 Art Auction
This Spring 2024, Sisters Project Peru hosted its triannual art auction at Kardinal Hall where student, professional, and community generated art was auctioned off. The event also featured live jazz and a collaborative art project.

Spring 2023 Art Auction
On April 1st, Sisters Project Peru hosted its second annual art auction at Visible Records in Charlottesville, Virginia. With the help of our dedicated UVA team, the event raised $2,840, including both art purchases and donations, all of which will be used to fund the creation of a medical clinic in Huacahuasi…
Summer 2022 Peru Trip
Sisters Project Peru team members Maya, Michael, and Dora traveled to Huacahuasi and spent several days getting to know the community on a more personal level as well as gain a better understanding on the healthcare needs and wants that future construction of the clinic should cover.
Spring 2022 Art Auction
This past February, Sisters Project Peru hosted an art auction at Fry Springs Beach Club in Charlottesville, Virginia, with the help of our student members at the University of Virginia, local artists, and the community of Charlottesville. Together, we raised $4100!
Fall 2021 Bake Sale
Early fall, the Richmond branch of Sister’s Peru hosted a bake sale at River City Sports Complex. Thanks to the hard work of our volunteers Elliot, Anna, Olivia, and Saxon, we managed to raise over 500 dollars! Good work everyone.
