Natalie Koehn-Wu

Natalie Koehn-Wu is a Co-Founder and Co-Director of Sisters Project Peru. She is a first-year student at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, and is a Pre-Med and English Major involved in co-running the Sisters Project Peru branch at Tufts. Natalie is passionate about learning languages and increasing health equity and is currently learning Spanish and Mandarin. She has improved her Spanish during the 5 years that she has been working with Huacahuasi as well as during the 3 month abroad program in Peru that she participated in Fall of 2024. In the future, she hopes to apply her language and medical knowledge to improve her ability to work with the community of Huacahuasi. At Tufts, she participates in the boxing club, club soccer, and health equity club, and is also a part of the Taiwanese Student Association. In her free time, Natalie enjoys painting, baking, and jamming with her band, Fire Hazard. She also loves time outdoors and can be found on a sunny day under a tree with an adventure novel and some taro boba.
