As a result of limited access to health and nutrition, 21.74% of children in the community suffer from anemia, which in turn limits their growth, learning, and immunity. Addressing the issue of anemia in the community is vital to break cycles of poor health and poverty, ensuring every child in Huacahuasi can thrive.
