Lucero Sanchez

Lucero Sanchez is a recent graduate of the Master of Urban Planning program at New York University. She also holds a double degree in Geography and International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Lucero brings to Sisters Project Peru direct experience in research, data analysis, and community engagement. Originally from Lima, her interests focus on housing policy research to improve policies that advance housing justice in Peru and Latin America. At SPP, Lucero is supporting the development of the medical clinic, evaluating proposals and compliance with Peruvian legal standards to effectively build a clinic that best serves the community of Huacahuasi.
