Together, our team blends passion, collaboration, and community-driven action to bring sustainable change to rural Peru.
Student Chapters:
At Sisters Project Peru, we are student-led, and our Student Chapters are the heartbeat of our organization.
Our high school and university chapters fundraise year-round to raise funds for the clinic build, volunteer on local initiatives, and participate in Experiential Service Trips—working directly alongside community members to support health and development projects.
Through their dedication, these student leaders not only help expand healthcare access in Huacahuasi but also grow into global change-makers, gaining leadership experience, cross-cultural understanding, and a lifelong commitment to service.
Together, our team blends passion, collaboration, and community-driven action to bring sustainable change to rural Peru.
We currently have active Student Chapters at:
Maggie Walker Highschool in Richmond, VA
University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA
Tufts University in Boston, Ma
Volunteers:
Our general volunteers are the backbone of Sisters Project Peru’s day-to-day operations. From social media and email marketing to web design, branding, and fundraising logistics, they help ensure our programs run smoothly and reach the people who need them most.
By lending their skills behind the scenes, these volunteers amplify our impact, helping us raise funds, share our story, and support community-driven initiatives in Huacahuasi.
Their dedication allows us to focus on our mission—bringing sustainable healthcare and empowerment to rural Peru.
